About the role

We are looking for an experienced automotive painter for a client in Norrköping. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for painting work on cars and light trucks, from preparation to finishing. You will be part of a workshop where quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are the focus. The position is full-time and located in Norrköping.

Main responsibilities

• Body preparation including sanding, priming, and masking
• Application of primer, filler, basecoat, and clearcoat according to specified processes
• Color matching and tinting to match original vehicle colors
• Polishing and after-treatment for a flawless final result
• Documentation of completed work and time reporting
• Collaboration with colleagues in the workshop for efficient workflow planning
• Adhering to safety regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental standards, and company procedures

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as an automotive painter with good references
• Has good knowledge of modern painting techniques, materials, and curing times
• Can read color codes and use color mixing systems
• Works meticulously, structured, and has an eye for detail
• Has knowledge of and follows occupational health and environmental regulations for painting
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Employment type, scope, and location
